Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order from Ginger Brown Bakers. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To initiate a return, simply email us at gingerbrowncafe@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, but if something isn't right, we want to fix it fast. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us right away. Be sure to inspect your package as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately so we can make things right.
